- We process account, booking, favorites, waitlist, support tickets, and (for shops) profile, subscription and WhatsApp video-call verification request data. Location is used on-device / per request — not stored on the booking record.
- New shop subscriptions go through App Store / Google Play (RevenueCat). Legacy shops may still renew via PayTR. We do not store card numbers.
- Google Gemini may moderate shop/review content and power in-app support chat. reCAPTCHA runs only on account registration.
- You can download your data (Profile → Settings → Download my data) or delete the account. Age: 18+.
- Web cookies are first-party session/security plus optional usage measurement; no ad / cross-app tracking. Native apps hide the cookie banner.
