Read full Turkish legal page- Customer booking is free — cancelling does not create a platform payment refund.
- The platform blocks customer cancel and reschedule when less than one hour remains before the appointment. Shops can still cancel.
- New shop subscriptions: cancel and refund through Apple or Google. We cannot refund store charges directly.
- Legacy PayTR card shops cancel auto-renewal in the subscription tab; refunds are reviewed with PayTR if a card charge is involved.
- Deleting the app account does not stop store or PayTR billing. Binding text: İade ve İptal Politikası.
